Transport management · freight exchange · direct orders
Trailer, container, load.
Each one leaves on time.
The phone stops ringing.
Carriers run their fleet, drivers and own customers in one place and fill empty trucks from the load board. Shippers publish a job once and follow it step by step, with photos and documents attached.

Two ways to move freight
Pull the unit, or carry the load
Both run through the platform the same way: publish, offers, the job step by step, documents and payout. The difference is what the truck gets and what the shipper tells you.
Tractor unit
Collect the unit, drop it off
A tractor unit collects the trailer or container from an agreed place, does the stops along the way and drops it at the destination. The driver finds the right unit by its number, the platform the right vehicle by the unit’s size.

The load rides on the truck
The shipper gives a pickup and a delivery address, loading metres and weight; dimensions and packaging go in the notes. Pickup and delivery are marked on the map, and the CMR note and any damage photos come with them.

What RAHTIS does
We keep freight moving and trucks working
RAHTIS is three things in one: an operations platform for carriers to run their own fleet, drivers and customers; a load board — a freight exchange — where carriers find work and shippers find a carrier; and a direct line between shipper and carrier. We don’t replace the forwarder, the dispatcher or the carrier — we remove the searching, the phone calls, the same question asked many times and the scattered documents.
For forwarders and operators
Orders move quickly
Publish the job once. It goes straight to approved carriers in the area, and the offers come back to the same screen.
For the carrier
Less empty running
The open jobs in your area are in one place. When one job ends, you can look for the next one in the same area.
For the driver
Everything about the job in one place
Addresses, contacts, bookings and instructions are in the driver app for the whole job. Confirmations and photos happen in the same place.
Standing still costs both sides
In logistics, time is what you pay for
While a shipper rings round for a free truck, the freight waits. While a carrier rings round for the next load, the truck stands. And when the truck runs jobs for its own customers, the time goes on CMR notes, invoices and working time records. RAHTIS doesn’t push the price down — it removes the steps where the time goes.
How it usually works now
How RAHTIS works

- Agreements live in calls and textsPrice, schedule and route on record
- The driver asks for addressesAddresses and instructions with the job

Who RAHTIS is for
One platform, three ways to join
For forwarders and operators
No more finding a carrier one call at a time.
- You get up to three offers in the same view.
- You pick the carrier on price, equipment and ratings.
- If the route, the schedule or anything else changes mid-job, the update goes straight to the carrier and the driver.
- If a truck cancels or doesn’t confirm, the job returns to the board on its own and reaches the next suitable trucks right away.
- The weekly report shows jobs, amounts, documents and feedback.
- Integration with your own system (ERP/TMS) through the API: you create the key yourself in the dashboard, and it’s free to use.
For carriers · subcontracting
Keep the truck working between jobs too.
- Less empty running means more paid kilometres with the same truck and the same driver.
- You can find a return load in the area where the last job ends.
- Every vehicle is approved onto the platform separately.
- We handle the invoice to the customer, the CMR notes and the claims. You pay 3% of the job price, with no monthly fee.
- The weekly report shows jobs driven, earnings and payouts due.
- The driver app is included: jobs, working time, load photos, the CMR note, a map of useful places and the driver’s own language.
For carriers · your own customers
Serve your own customers with our tools.
- The driver app: jobs, working time, load photos, the CMR note and the signature on the phone.
- Working time and estimated pay from your own rates or the collective agreement tables.
- A map of rest, wash and service places in the Nordics, the Baltics, Poland and Germany.
- Your customer sends the order straight to your vehicle, or you add the job yourself and give it to your own vehicle. The customer can get a tracking link. The whole price is yours, and the job goes into your weekly report.
- You pay €29.90 a month per vehicle that drove. A vehicle standing still costs nothing.
- The load board is still there when a truck is free.
How a job runs
From application to completed job in four steps
Company check
We check the Y-tunnus and the company details against the registers. For carriers we also check the operating licence and insurance.
Vehicle approval
Every vehicle is approved separately. Only approved vehicles see open jobs.
The job, step by step
Pickup, loading and unloading points appear in the right order. The status updates at the same moment for the shipper, the carrier and the driver.
Documents
A job can’t be marked complete until the required documents are attached. The CMR note and photos reach the shipper as the job closes.
When the plan changes
Things go wrong in logistics. So there’s a set way to handle that too.
If the schedule moves, a driver drops out or damage turns up at pickup, the news doesn’t hang on a phone call or a single message. The event is recorded on the job and everyone involved sees it.
Driver app
The job travels in the driver’s phone
The RAHTIS driver app shows the stops, addresses, time windows and contacts of the job. Arrival, photos, signature and confirmation are done with a tap, without messaging.
The app is installed on the phone’s home screen with a link or code from the carrier. It works even in the port with no signal.
The job in one view
Stops in order, addresses, time windows, contacts and the unit number. Navigation and calling with one tap.
Arrival and confirmation with a tap
The time and place are recorded at the moment of the tap. Waiting time shows from arrival, and the status updates for the shipper and the carrier.
Photos and damage
Every side of the trailer, the seal and any new damage are photographed in the app. At delivery the pickup photo is shown alongside for comparison.
Signature and CMR note
At loading and unloading the app takes the signature and scans the CMR note to PDF. The carrier closes the job without a separate upload.
Works offline
Entries and photos wait on the phone and go out when you’re back online. The time saved is when you tapped, not when it was sent.
Notifications to the phone
A new job, a direct order or a cancellation arrives as a notification, even when the app is closed.
A map of rest and service places
Over 4,800 places in nine countries from Finland to Germany: fuel, parking, showers and workshops. The app shows the nearest ones even while you’re on a break, with free and guarded ones marked.
Drivers see what they earn
After a job the app shows what it came to and where the month now stands. The figures come from the model the carrier chose or from the collective agreement tables.
The driver's own language
The app uses the phone’s language: Finnish, English, Estonian, Russian, Swedish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Norwegian and Danish. You can also pick the language in your profile.
The service grows in stages
We started with trailer swaps — containers, express and earthworks are live too
Semi-trailer swaps irtoperä
A tractor unit collects the trailer from a port or terminal, handles the agreed loading and unloading, and delivers the trailer to the next agreed place.
We operate in Baltic Sea and North Sea ports: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Germany.
Container haulage 20 · 40 · 45
A tractor unit collects the container from a port or terminal — empty or loaded — and delivers it where agreed. On the way back the container returns to the port.
The size is stated in feet: 20, 30, 40 or 45. Only vehicles whose chassis takes that length see the job.
Express deliveries 3,5 t · 26 t
A van or a truck collects the load from an agreed address and takes it to the destination. The load rides on the truck; nothing is swapped along the way.
The shipper states loading metres and weight; pickup and delivery are marked on the map. Only vehicles with enough space in the body see the job.
Driver app
Jobs, stops, photos and signatures in the driver’s own app. Installed on the phone’s home screen, and works offline too.
The carrier invites the driver with a link or code and sees confirmations and working time directly in the service.
Earthworks and dump trucks kippi
A dump truck works a full day on site: the driver logs arrival and every load with its weighing and unloading site. Hours run to the last unload + 30 minutes.
The foreman approves the day from a link without logging in, and the invoice goes to the customer in the carrier's own name.

Orders straight from your own system
Connect your ERP or TMS to RAHTIS: the order goes to the load board or to your own truck without retyping, and you know about every step the moment it happens.
Free
No monthly fee, no price per call
Using the API costs nothing. You only pay for jobs, just like in the dashboard: a service fee of 5% (at least €15 per job together with the carrier fee); a direct contract with a carrier on the monthly plan is free.
Fast
An order in seconds, a change within a minute
The route and the kilometres for heavy vehicles are calculated automatically. A webhook tells your server about an arrival, a confirmation, a new ETA or a CMR in about a minute.
All in one
The whole job through one interface
The order, offers or a direct vehicle, tracking with arrivals, confirmations and photos with their places, CMR, route changes on the way, waiting time, rating and claims.
Safe
Signed notifications
Every webhook is signed, a failed delivery is retried automatically, and a key can be revoked from the dashboard at once.

Getting started
Tell us about your company — we’ll handle the rest
We need the company name, the Y-tunnus and an email address; from carriers also the operating licence and insurance.
We check the company against the PRH and YTJ registers and set up your login once you’re approved.
